76. A pilot can operate under BasicMed even if the aircraft she or he is flying

Under the BasicMed rule, pilots can operate aircraft that have a maximum takeoff weight of no more than 6,000 pounds and are authorized to carry no more than six occupants (including the pilot). However, BasicMed does allow for the operation of multi-engine aircraft, provided these other criteria are met.
