155. Under the general BasicMed rules a pilot can fly
Under BasicMed, pilots can fly in furtherance of a business as long as they are not carrying passengers or cargo for compensation or hire. BasicMed allows pilots to operate aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff weight of no more than 6,000 pounds, at or below 18,000 feet MSL, and at speeds not exceeding 250 knots.
