Right answer is not right.
Even he lands on RWY 18 the crosswind component would be from left.
Right answer should be Runway 36 and expect a crosswind from the right.

Just a quick correction — the TAF shows overcast at 2,000 feet (OVC020) between 2200Z and 2400Z, not 200 feet. The PROB40 OVC008CB is for 0600Z-0606Z, which is after 2400Z. So the correct answer is the one with overcast at 2,000 feet.

In the TAF (Terminal Aerodrome Forecast) from KOKC, the clear sky starts to change as the forecast period progresses. The TAF indicates that the clear sky becomes overcast. Specifically, it becomes overcast at 200 feet with a 40% probability of becoming further overcast at 600 feet. This progression happens during the forecast period between 2200Z and 2400Z, indicating the expected cloud cover conditions that would affect flight operations.

When we look at this sign, we are on the taxiway and about to enter a runway zone. If the image was upside down, from the cockpit view, it would be from the runway about to clear.

Why is it OBS 30 radial with FROM while the VOR2 is the answer?

Not sure if this is just my problem but the picture for figure 28 doesn't show up for me. I use the supplement anyways but for those that may not have it.
