1. Enter FAA Figure 37 at the point where the vertical 32°F temperature line intersects the 8,000-foot pressure altitude line.
2. From there, proceed to the right to the first vertical reference line.
3. From that point, proceed down and to the right (remaining proportionally between the existing lines) to the vertical line representing 2,600 pounds.
4. Then, proceed to the right to the second vertical reference line.
5. Then, proceed down and to the right (remaining proportionally between the existing headwind lines) to the vertical line representing 20 knots.
6. From that point, proceed to the right to the third reference line.
7. Finally, proceed up and to the right (remaining proportionally between the existing lines) to the 50-foot obstacle line at the end of the graph and read the landing distance (approximately 1,400 feet). ^
